My name is Jesper, im gonna tell you about how to fiberglass.
My first try in using fiberglass was about one year ago when i accidently smasmed my bike 
Dont worry i didnt crashed it in a accident, i was loading it in to a truck for winter storage. I live in Denmark so there is no driving from december to march. Its too dangerous in the vintertime.
When i was loading it into the truck, my ramp was too steap so the buttom of the bike rammed into the truck, smashing the buttom fiberglass cover SOO STUPID!
Well i didnt want to spend alot of cash on a new part, so what to do? I tought about it for a couple of days, and then it hit me. Get a fiberglass repair kit & a How To Fiberglass Tutorial dvd. Cool
So i vent to the local car accesories shop and bought a repairkit, onto amazon for the dvd.
First you have to clean the surface you want to repair, ex use some sanding paper. Then you apply a glassfibermat ontop of the crack and add some hardener/epoxy with a brush. You might want to add several layers for extra strenght.
Leave it for 3 hours so it can harden properly, and your done. How easy is that 
If you have to repair in a place where you are gonna see it aftervords, you can sand it down after the hardeningprocess, add some filler and paint it afterwards.
